Furano Wagyu is a distinguished brand of Japanese beef exclusively produced by Taniguchi Farm.
Renowned for its exceptional marbling and unmatched flavor, Furano Wagyu is fed a distinctive blend of wheat, hay, rice straw, wheat straw, and beet pulp, completely free from additives. To further elevate its quality, Taniguchi Farm supplement their diet with delicacies like Okara beer lees, ensuring each cut of Furano Wagyu embodies the essence of premium Japanese beef.
Evaluated under the rigorous standards of the JMGA (Japanese Meat Grading Association), our Black Wagyu Beef is recognized as grade 3 high-quality beef, graded based on criteria such as marbling, color and brightness, firmness and texture, as well as the quality of fat in terms of color, luster, and overall excellence.
We take pride in being the first in Singapore to introduce Furano Wagyu, celebrated as one of the finest Black Cattle breed in Japan. Additionally, we import various Wagyu breeds from Japan that are less prevalent in Singapore. These breeds often receive minimal promotion domestically and internationally because these Japanese farms prioritize beef cultivation over marketing efforts. Furthermore, limited farm sizes and cattle production contribute to their lesser-known status.
