Simple guide on how to prepare Wagyu fat to make tallow:

Render the Fat: Place the fat pieces into a heavy-bottomed pot or slow cooker over low heat. Allow the fat to melt slowly, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Strain the Tallow: Once the fat has completely melted, pour it through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container to remove any solids.

Cool & Store: Let the tallow cool to room temperature, then transfer it to a storage container. It can be kept in the fridge or at room temperature, depending on your preference.
