A champagne-style sake from the historic Dōgo Onsen region, lightly carbonated to deliver a soft, uplifting texture with silky, dry sweetness. Crafted by Mizuguchi Shuzo using locally grown Shizukuhime and Matsuyama Mitsui sake-grade rice, naturally refined with pure spring water from Mount Ishizuchi and Takanawa, it captures the crisp, mineral-rich character of the Dōgo district. Bottled in 200 ml to preserve its delicate bubbles, it is perfect as an aperitif or enjoyed chilled with fruit juices, cocktails, or light desserts.
