Hokkaido Yumepirika

One of Hokkaido’s highest-grade rice varieties, Yumepirika is grown in Niseko by Mr. Naruse using pure natural spring water from Mt. Yotei, known as the “Fuji of Hokkaido.” Snow-white and glossy, the grains offer deep natural sweetness, rich flavour, and excellent stickiness. Pre-organic and highly satisfying, it remains delicious even when eaten cold and is best enjoyed on its own to fully appreciate its character.
